Markmanship workshop
- Tuesday 9/29/26 6pm - 8pm
A marksmanship workshop is designed to develop and evaluate raw marksmanship shooting skills. It focuses on modern techniques, including trigger management and understanding common shooter errors. The workshop helps participants control where their bullets impact the target.
This is a live fire class
$50 for members $75 non-members
defensive Pistol Class
- Saturday 10/3/26 10am-2pm
In this class, you learn the ethical and moral considerations of using a gun for self-defense, safe handling of a defensive pistol, concealment principles, drawing from different types of concealment, mental preparation, how to avoid life threatening encounters, defensive shooting principles, emergency reloading and clearing of malfunctions, use of cover and concealment, movement during engagement, and balancing speed and accuracy. If you are going to carry a concealed pistol, then you need to train to this minimum level of skill!

Massachusetts & Connecticut Permit Class
- Saturday 10/17/26 10am - 6pm
This comprehensive basic handgun safety course fulfills the mandatory educational requirements to apply for both a Massachusetts License to Carry (LTC) and a Connecticut Permit to Carry Pistols and Revolvers. Taught by certified state instructors, the curriculum combines classroom instruction with live-fire range qualification to ensure legal compliance, fundamental proficiency, and safe handling procedures across both state jurisdictions. RI CCW qualification available by request.

Understanding the Importance of Preparing for a Natural Disaster
- This will be the first of these classes in Southern New England.
- Sunday 10/25/26 2pm-4pm
This class will discuss not only critical things to consider when creating a personal, home, and vehicle plan to utilize during a disaster, but also actionable steps you can take to get started today.
Home Preparedness | Key items for a basic emergency kit, creating a communication plan, available USCCA training opportunities, defense and security, and common mistakes.
Travel Preparedness | Essential travel kit items, vehicle preparation, situational awareness, tips for staying connected to your loved ones.
Natural Disasters | Preparedness for fires, floods, snowstorms/blizzards, hurricanes, and tornadoes.
Social Unrest | How to stay aware of warning signs, how to identify escape routes, personal safety measures, communication with loved ones, self self-defense.
